Our main carpenters, Luke and Jake were amazing and their craftsmanship and attention to detail was impressive. All of our requests, even the last minute changes, were done to our complete satisfaction. The entire team was great to work with and we cannot imagine our home turning out as wonderful without them. This will probably be our last home, but if we were to consider building another home it would be done by Bruce and Sandpoint Builders, Inc. crew! With a focus on work ethic and integrity, business flourished and Barry was quickly renowned and respected by industry peers and clients. Barry relocated his family and business to northern Idaho in 1995, building spec homes and custom homes from Coeur d’Alene to the Canadian border.

A skilled carpenter by the time he finished high school, Barry worked in the family construction business for several years until finally branching out on his own in the early 1980s. From there, he began building spec homes and custom-built homes for clients. Bedrooms upstairs and a spacious master suite downstairs is an ideal layout that makes the most of this family-friendly floor plan.
